A big welcome to Monkton this year as always, where we much look forward to seeing you all again, as well as meeting new families and friends. We have an extensive children’s programme from 0 to the age of 11, and everyone else joins the talks and group times in the morning.
This houseparty attracts a lot of families with young children and also a fantastic group of friends have been coming over the years who don’t have children at all. We also very much encourage the older generation to join us! So that pretty much covers everyone - except we do not cater for teenagers (yet!)
Our aim is to ensure Bible based, challenging teaching, which is filled with the Spirit and with lots of time for ministry. We put a lot of emphasis on time in the afternoons to relax, go punting, play footy, do nothing, swim, spend time with the children (or not!), and all this to mix young and old, single and married and just to hang out together. Also a special afternoon is set aside for you to invite your friends to come and see what a houseparty is like! Monkton School is set in idyllic countryside, with the historic town of Bath a 10 minute drive away. Please sign up early (being one of the earlier weeks, it does get booked up!) and join us!
