Parcevall Hall, the retreat house for the diocese of Bradford, dates back to at least 1584. It lies in a tranquil and unrivalled setting in Upper Wharfedale. The extensive well-maintained gardens offer a multitude of quiet spots in which to sit and reflect. Short and long walks abound in the stunning and unspoilt countryside. There are some wonderful expeditions to be made, e.g. to Bolton Abbey, Skipton Castle and Harlow Carr RHS Garden. Skipton golf course is nearby. All meals feature good home cooking.
This is a small houseparty for 28 people. All adults are
welcome of any age, single or married. We shall offer a quiet and safe place to reconsider how we follow the way of Christ in our everyday lives. The houseparty starts at teatime on Sunday and ends after lunch on Friday.
