Three of the most stressful things in life are supposed to be changing jobs, moving house and getting married!! These are just some of the areas where we want to support people in their 20's and 30's, but it doesn’t stop there. Through providing great weekends of Christian teaching, worship and prayer, we seek to equip leaders for the years to come. Along the way we hope you make new friends as well as seeing old ones; are well fed, relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated and regenerated to go back into your jobs, homes and churches.
