Do you have a heart for youth and a passion for sharing the love of Jesus?We are looking for dedicated, energetic volunteers to lead our camps and help create an environment where young people can grow in faith and friendship.

The role:

As a leader, you are at the heart of the camp experience. You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding care, delivering engaging, structured activities, and for leading inspirational Bible-teaching for the youth aged 9–18.  

  • Activities: use Stewards’ Trust resources to run sports, arts and crafts, and games tailored to different age groups.
  • Pastoral care: act as a mentor and guide, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of your group to provide high quality care.
  • Community: help build a culture of care and kindness, participation, and encouragement.
  • Bible-teaching: able to deliver and structure a session according to age and ability.
  • Development: we provide full leadership and safeguarding training and support, offering you the chance to develop professional skills in a Christian childcare setting.

Faith filled

enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about Jesus.

Energetic & organised:

able to structure activities effectively while keeping up energy high.

Team player

flexible, adaptable and ready to handle the dynamic challenges of camp. There is always a high emphasis on participation, care and kindness at our camps.

Confident

Comfortable taking on responsibility and leading a group of children with kindness and not shy away from responsibility.
